The Dr. Elson S. Floyd Administrative Leadership Development Program (ALDP) is respected as a proving ground where emerging and current leaders who are grade 12 or above or have an equivalent role or responsibility can expand and refine their leadership skills. 

Organizational Perspectives and Leadership

Organizational Perspectives and Leadership (OPAL) is a live, campus-based training for mid-level managers. The goal of the program is to provide leaders with a community of peers where open dialogue and skill-building can help strengthen their leadership skills for themselves, their staff and their organizations.

Series on Leadership Essentials

The Series on Leadership Essentials (SOLE) is intended to help supervisors and foundational level leaders at grade 9 and below build and refine practical skills that can support their team鈥檚 needs and organization鈥檚 goals.
